Our client is - Bar and Restaurant Specialists who are looking for an experienced Head of Bars to take the lead on all Bar Operations for all their sites. It’s a VERY hands-on role and you will be expected to help out on all sites including evenings and nights. The successful candidate must have experience working within a multi-faceted or complex site, have a hands-on approach and proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an ambitious individual with bags of personality and amazing customer service skills! Experience within high-volume bars is a MUST!
Key Responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively to ensure operations are running smoothly
- Drive the implementation of new and innovative strategies
- Establish and maintain high standard of staff performance and exceptional customer service
- Communicate changes in processes to all relevant teams
- Ensuring on site budget targets are being met
- Perform quality controls and monitor team KPI’s & performance
- Oversight of recruitment & staffing procedures
- Oversight of drink menus
- To control the financial performance of the business
