Site Manager – Residential – Main Contractor

Clearfield are recruiting a number 1 site manager, for a growing family run main contractor for a scheme near Wood green.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering residential design & build contracts up to circa & pound £10m / 50units.

Majority of projects based within M25, so there will be a need to be flexible with commuting.

Suitable candidate must have :

• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid First Aid
• 3yrs Experience as a No1 Site manager with an SME main contractor

The role will be on a permanent basis.
