Duties and Responsibilities of a recruitment consultant
- Resourcing and regenerating – via the database, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting and social media.
- Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
- Identifying and developing client / business relationships
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
