Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Parks Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for :

Liaising and managing relationships  with customers, stakeholders, and contractors. Developing service strategies  and improvement plans. Managing and maintaining accurate data records .Acting as the  lead officer for Stewardship applications  and overseeing ongoing contract management.Supporting  open space needs assessments  through planning, consultation, and review processes.Implementing recommendations from the  Leisure and Culture Strategy .Providing feedback to the Planning Team on matters related to  landscape, ecology, habitat, and biodiversity .Coordinating and delivering the  Green Flag Award programme  in collaboration with team colleagues.Leading on the  marketing and promotion of services .Enhancing facilities within parks and open spaces to  increase public usage and satisfaction .
