Impact Role - You'll play a pivotal part in managing the stores and parts function, supporting both internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities : Inventory Management : Ensure parts availability and optimal stock levels through efficient inventory control. Procurement & Supplier Management : Source and purchase parts, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier relationships. Order Fulfilment : Process and manage customer and internal orders promptly and accurately. Returns & Warranty : Oversee warranty claims, manage returns, and ensure proper parts handling. Team Leadership : Lead and develop a small but growing support team, including yard and stores operatives. Customer Support : Assist customers and dealers in identifying the right parts, providing expert guidance and support. Reporting & Compliance : Maintain records, generate reports, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Technical Support : Provide internal and external advice on parts specifications and usage. What You'll Need : Essential : Proven experience with engineering equipment (technical and operational knowledge). Strong leadership and communication skills.
