My client is an exciting family run business who are looking for a Sales Team Manager to join the team in a newly created role. The is a brilliant opportunity for someone to lead the Sales team and drive the business forward by acquiring new clients, whilst nurturing the existing relationships.

The ideal person must have a proven track record of success in a Sales leadership position.

As a Sales Team Manager your duties will include :

• Develop and implement a clear and effective sales strategy
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring sales objectives are met
• Lead and manage a team of external sales agents
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Nurture existing business and identify opportunities for upselling

As a Sales Team Manager you will have the following skills :
