Key Responsibilities-Service Coordinator
- Act as the primary liaison for customer service requests, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
- Administer quotes, purchase orders, service requests, and invoices while maintaining commercial control
- Coordinate service visits for in-house and third-party engineers, ensuring spares and resources are allocated effectively
- Maintain strong customer relationships by keeping clients informed throughout the service process
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to provide first-class customer support and identify potential sales opportunities
- Handle administrative tasks including issuing invoices, compiling reports, and managing ISO 9001 standards
- Monitor and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Support the Service Director in developing key client relationships to maximize revenue
