Senior Mechanical Project Manager

We are currently assisting a Tier 1 sub contractor in their search for Senior Mechanical Project Managers. This client has had a surge in new projects and has more to follow so are looking for top of the range project manages to sit at the top on the tree. This role is essential for overseeing and enhancing our monitoring and evaluation strategies across various construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Mechanical Project Manager :

• Manage all phases of MEP package on high end projects.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with design teams and field personnel to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide proactive solutions to challenges.
