As part of their continued growth and a string of successful tenders, a major construction contractor is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team working on civil engineering projects. This is a great opportunity to work on heavy civils schemes, offering a variety of technical challenges across earthworks, highways, and a rail interface.

The company has a turnover close to £1BN across three different business areas and works with some of the largest landowners and developers in the UK. Despite their size, they have maintained an inclusive, family-oriented culture with above-average staff retention. The Role

• Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working as part of a team on civil engineering projects valued between £10M - £50M
• Managing Sub-Contracts
• Reporting on Cost, Value, and Change
• Managing Change effectively
• Attending Client Meetings
• Providing leadership and support to commercial and operational colleagues
