Job Description :

Seeking a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial contracts to join our Legal and Compliance team. Responsibilities include managing legal matters, providing advice on commercial contracts, and working closely with business units across the organisation. This is a influential post within the organisation and will allow the incumbent to make daily decisions which will drive the commercial decision making within the organisation.

Qualifications :

• Qualified Solicitor with a Bachelor's degree (2 : 1 or higher) in law or other discipline.
• PQE guide - 1+.
• Experience in commercial contracts.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
