Salary : £105,504 - £139,882 Per annum / pro rata

Main duties of the job
This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of the Orthodontic team at the Medway NHS Foundation Trust. The post is for a part-time locum consultant appointment with PAs at the Medway Maritime Hospital in Gillingham, Kent. The post is for 6 months starting in September 2024, or as soon as possible after this date, with a view to a substantive appointment in the future.
The locum Orthodontic Consultant would be part of a team of 3 Consultants providing a comprehensive orthodontic service to the people of West Kent and Medway. The post will involve multidisciplinary care for patients with the most complex problems, particularly those requiring orthognathic surgery, as well as advice and treatment for all appropriately referred patients. The orthodontic department is also a spoke for the South Thames Cleft Service.
