Assistant Accountant

Location -  Castleford (Easy access via M62 or a 5 min walk from Glasshoughton train station)

You’ll be at the heart of our  Central Finance Team , keeping our accounts in check and making sure the numbers tell the right story.

Wh at you’ll be doing :

• Processing intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Posting prepayments, accruals, and managing balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting payroll reconciliations, VAT returns, and CIS queries
• Assisting with audits, tax returns, and Sage month-end close
• Providing financial insights and variance analysis to support key decisions
