Account Executive – Complex SaaS / Regulated Markets 🚀

We’re supporting a high-growth UK-based SaaS company on their journey to scale, following a landmark win with a major tier-1 bank as their first flagship client. Backed by strong momentum, they’re now hiring a driven Account Executive to capitalise on this success and help drive further growth across regulated industries.

Role : Account Executive – Complex SaaS

Location : UK-based (hybrid working with London access ideal)

Package : £65k–£70k base + uncapped OTE + share options

The Role

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts across regulated sectors (Legal, Financial Services, Insurance, etc.)
  • Leverage recent high-profile customer success to open doors and build pipeline
  • Engage stakeholders across compliance, legal, operations, and IT to navigate complex buying cycles
  • Work directly with founders and commercial leadership to shape go-to-market strategies

What You’ll Bring
