Salary - Grade 7 - £25,969 - £28,665

Contract Type : Temporary Contract (until 31

March 2025), Full Time, 37 Hours per week

The post holder will sit within the Intervention and Prevention Service at Doncaster Council. They will be required to engage and support parents / carers and the wider community to maximise engagement in Family Hub Services and other local solutions to prevent escalation of need for children and families. The role will include working with the whole family, at universal plus level and being champions on specific locality needs to raise awareness and maximise engagement.

The role will require the post holder to have knowledge, skills and experience of :

Working with parents to improve children and young people’s outcomes.

Delivery of Early Help, including assessments, plans and reviews, and ability to critically analyse information and provide accurate advice and guidance.

This work will take place within the Family Hubs and community settings across an allocated area.

It is essential that the successful candidates will hold a relevant qualification.
