We are currently seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis in Borehamwood. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing outstanding balances, chasing overdue funds, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively handle and resolve queries related to billing and invoicing.
• Investigate discrepancies in payments and rectify errors promptly.
• Chase overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms with customers.
• Monitor and analyze debtor balances to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and improve processes.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding balances and collection activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing credit control policies.
