A Childrens Social Worker is required to join Wolverhampton’s Children with Disabilities Team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.
As a Social Worker on the Children with Disabilities Team you will
- Screen and assess the needs of Disabled Children and Young People
- Undertake Children and Families Assessments, Single Assessments and completing Reports on Disabled Children
- Complete statutory visits, including outside of county limits Pre-Birth Assessments
- Completed Care Plans, some jointly with health colleagues and other multi-agency professionals
- Completed CIN / CP plans
- Completed Court Statements
- Managed a complex caseload under strict time-scales
