The ROLE

• The Facilities Assistant will provide site support, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, routine maintenance and pre-planned maintenance programmes, etc. The minutia of the role includes;
• Day-to-day maintenance
• Building and grounds maintenance
• Fire alarm
• Assisting with security
• Respond urgent issues as required

The CANDIDATE

Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant with the following background :
