We have an exciting role for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who will deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to children, enhancing their independence and overall quality of life.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a dedicated paediatric occupational therapist, I perform detailed assessments of children with diverse needs and create personalized treatment plans to support their developmental progress and independence. I offer therapeutic interventions and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to provide comprehensive care. Additionally, I provide guidance and support to children and their families, manage a varied caseload, and prioritize effectively. I actively participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and case reviews, stay updated on the latest practices and advancements in paediatric occupational therapy, and maintain thorough and timely records in line with professional standards.

Qualifications and Experiences :

To excel in this role, you will need a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is essential, along with strong assessment and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial, as is the capability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team (MDT). Additionally, you must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle, and be willing to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
