Join our team at Tradewind Recruitment as a Learning Support Assistant and embark on an exciting journey of support for local primary schools in and around Weston-super-Mare, Nailsea, Backwell Yatton and more. We are in search of reliable, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals who can bring energy and commitment to their work.

Starting now both and from September, we offer flexible positions for Learning Support Assistants who can dedicate on average two days a week out of the month. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time arrangements, we have options to suit your availability.

Our competitive daily rate begins at £85, which will quickly increase based on your experience and expertise. To excel in this role, we require :

Previous experience working with children (preferably)
Effective communication skills and confidence in interacting with children
A genuine passion for assisting children, coupled with an eagerness to learn on the job
