Job description

Class 2 Driver – Plant and Powered Access Machinery

Money :  £38,000 – £44,000 Per Annum

Location :  Ashby-de-la-Zouch

Main Duties :

  • Deliver and collect  plant and powered access machinery  between various sites.
  • Safely transport equipment, ensuring all loads are secure and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Follow pre-planned driving routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects or issues.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized cab.
  • Communicate regularly with managers to ensure smooth operation.

Attributes & Experience :

  • Class 2 Driving Licence  with 1+ years of experience.
  • Hold a  valid Driver’s CPC Licence .
  • Previous experience in transporting  plant or powered access machinery  is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
