Oscar Technology is currently working with a small investment-backed software house that is looking to expand the team due to another round of investment and great results over / 24. They have extensive plans for growth and expansion in the next three years and are looking to expand into Europe.

The culture is very outgoing and collaborative, with a vibrant Northern Quater-based office. They ideally come into the office on a hybrid basis but can be flexible when needed.

In terms of the skills they are looking for :

• Experience with Rust.
• An understanding of functional programming principles and concepts.
• Experience working with tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
