We have a great opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to join a first opinion small animal practice in the Middlesbrough area of North Yorkshire

• full time opportunity including some Saturdays shared on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
• practice is purpose built with a great range of facilities and is fully equipped with a busy and varied caseload.
• role would suit a vet with some experience, happy with routine consults and surgeries and looking to develop further.
• opportunity to develop a specific clinical interest (particularly surgery)
• opportunity to develop into a more senior role as team continues to grow
• join a close-knit, supportive and experienced Vet team with interests in exotics and soft tissue surgery
• Well located with good transport links, free on site parking, close to the coast and the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• some experience, happy with routine consults and surgeries
• looking to develop further.
