In this role, you’ll be a key part of the Networks team, and maintaining network infrastructure, resolving incidents, managing service requests, applying patches, and contributing to key project work. Key Responsibilities :

• Strong network troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience managing complex LAN networks across multiple sites
• Knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, and Meraki systems
• Public cloud networking experience (AWS & Azure)
• Adherence to ITIL processes (change, incident management)
• SLA-focused with clear communication
