FREELANCE Senior Quantity Surveyor - Building / Construction - 12 months, up to £400 per day [OUTSIDE IR35]

My client is a Building Main Contractor with an annual turnover of £60m. They currently have a number of construction projects ranging from £1m to £15m in the Northamptonshire region. At present they are in the market for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage these schemes.

The ideal candidate will have :

• A build main contracting background
• JCT contract knowledge
• Sector experience within Industrial, Sport & Leisure, Retail
