Fee Earner

Residential Property Fee Earner - Stockport - Permanent - up to £40K DOE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fee Earner to join our client based in Stockport on a permanent basis. You will ideally have experience working in Residential Property.

Duties include :

• Attend and participate at group meetings
• Generate fee income and ensure proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing and cash collection in line with agreed targets
• Support with business development opportunities
• Participate in marketing activities
• Attend client both in person and via telephone
• Manage the preparation of correspondence and documents through the case management systems
• Conduct of matters on behalf of clients accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firms procedures

The successful candidate will have experience and a Paralegal / Conveyancer within Residential Property, will be a team player and have the ability to manage their own workload. This is an exciting opportunity to support a reputable and growing company based in Stockport.
