Job Overview

37 Hrs per week. Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm Friday 9am – 5pm with a 1 hour break for lunch. This is a temporary role to start immediately. Based in Kearsley.

Job Overview

Our client is looking for 2 temporary support staff to support on a busy helpdesk to assist with a backlog of work.

Duties

  • Handling a high volume of calls (around 100 per day)
  • Logging jobs and making sure jobs are completed
  • Taking messages
  • Updating records

To be successful you will be confident and professional on the phone and have good organisational skills. Previous helpdesk / customer service skills would be beneficial but not essential.
