Key Responsibilities :
As the Sales Manager , you will be instrumental in driving the company's sales efforts in the UK and European markets. Your responsibilities will include :

Proven Sales Expertise : A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, particularly with high-value capital equipment and services.Technical Aptitude : While direct experience with laser systems is not required, you should possess a strong technical acumen and be eager to learn about micromachining technology.Relationship Management : Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, driving repeat business and fostering long-term partnerships.Self-Motivated : A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline and operate autonomously.International Experience : Experience in managing international sales territories is highly desirable.Performance Objectives :
