KFM are now recruiting for Line Leaders in the YO15 area for a well-established client based in the food industry!

Duties :

Ensuring the required production quantity targets are met on a day to day basis.

Ensuring the efficient running of the designated production area, ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed correctly and fully ensuring that customer requirements are met.

Ensuring that product traceability is always maintained.

The day to day supervision of production staff, including clean as you go operations.

Ensuring that staff are trained appropriately for the role that they are performing.

Responsible for the correct operation of equipment used during production hours.

To ensure that HACCP is followed and CCPs are monitored according to procedure along with any other relevant safety and quality records.

To complete any other duties as required by senior management.

The Person :

People management skills, including developing team capability, performance management and managing team KPIs

Assisting with implementing different types of production mythology

An excellent understanding of food safety guidelines and producers including working with HACCP Plans.

An excellent attitude and with the ability to work with senior stakeholders

Able to implement production and achieve production targets

Able to work Sunday to Thursday 9 : 45pm-6am.

• Hourly rate = £ + £12 per / day shift allowance. Shift allowance is only payable when a full shift has been completed)
