Job Title : Forklift Counterbalance Driver

Salary : £13.00 per hour, weekly pay

Location : Norwich (NR5 & NR7 - Own transport required, as work is split between two locations)

Hours : Monday to Friday, alternating work patterns : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM & 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM (rotating weekly)

About the Role :

Interaction Recruitment is excited to partner with a growing client based in Costessey who are seeking a reliable Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an immediate start opportunity, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe movement of goods, supporting the operations team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will have a valid FLT Counterbalance Licence and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Safely loading and unloading goods from lorries
  • Placing pallets in designated storage areas
  • Managing stock rotation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling goods in and goods out processes
  • Verifying that incoming stock matches the load sheet

    • About You :

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • A valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)
  • Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Own transport, as the role requires travel to both NR5 and NR7 locations
