We are currently looking for an experienced Part-Time Sales Associate to join our in-store team and represent the ON WAVE spirit through exceptional service and a strong understanding of fashion.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide warm, personalised service to every customer and build a memorable in-store experience.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including assisting clients, managing transactions, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Offer styling advice and help customers find pieces that suit their needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about the brand’s collections and communicate key product features confidently.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld across the store.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience working in fashion retail is essential — preferably with other brands in premium or high-street fashion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, friendly, and confident personality.
  • Passion for fashion and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
