Job description

Are you a Quality Inspector / CMM Inspector with experience in a Foundry? The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a CMM Inspecting position working for a well established long standing Business within the Walsall area.

Hours and Pay rates

  • 06 : 00 – 14 : 00 / 14 : 00 – 22 : 00 (Rotating)
  • Basic rate £15 – £15.50

Requirements

  • A strong technical understanding of a quality casting.
  • Ability to run a CMM Machine
  • Ability to use machining methodology.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Ability to use Prismo Gauges and other measuring equipment.
  • Ability to work to tight tolerances.
  • At least 3 years in a quality inspection role.

    • This is a Temp to Perm position for the right candidate in an every growing Business.

    Benefits & Requirements

  • Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
