Band 6 CAMHS CPN

Description

We are currently recruiting for 2x Band 6 CPNs with experience with CAMHS for our NHS client based in Nottingham.

Duties :

Enhance and support universal service professionals to promote and support the emotional health and wellbeing of children, young people and families

Provide therapeutic mental health assessment and intervention within a variety of community settings so to better engage children and young people

Co-ordinate and facilitate an appropriate discharge plan

Collaborate and liaise with agencies, creating positive and helpful relationships

Essential requirements :

Car Driver

Previous experience within CAMHS
