A day in the life of…
As Sous Chef you will be working with our established Resturant & Banqueting team to ensure the best service & kitchen opertion possible is delivered to our guests daily. Our Kitchen Team is the magic behind each delicious dish we serve our guests both resturant dining & in our Events kitchen. They are passionate about all things food and take great pride in each dish they prepare.
What do we need from you?
As Sous Chef you will be expected to have at least 4 years’ experience in at least 1 Rosette or Standard fine dining kitchens and be able to demonstrate a stable background. We are looking looking for a calm, well organised and talented chef who is looking for career development.
As Sous Chef the Head Chef will expect you to have a wide range of skills at this level and is keen for you to help further develop menus while training and developing juniors.
Due to the location a car driver is preferable.
