About the role :
Based in Central London (Hybrid) :
- Ensure services provided are delivered on an integrated basis and partnering arrangements with external providers improve the quality of services and provide value for money.
- Accountable for the development and application of a unified customer services strategy.
- Accountable for developing and directing the corporate activities of the Council at a strategic delivery level.
- Drive significant cultural change through the corporate infrastructure
About you :
You will have the following skillsets or experiences :
Extensive experience within a Local Authority delivering outstanding customer service, resident experience and strategy.Relevant qualifications and evidence of CPD.Excellent stakeholder management skillsExtensive experience in a similar roleWhat’s on offer :
