About the role :

Based in Central London (Hybrid) :

  • Ensure services provided are delivered on an integrated basis and partnering arrangements with external providers improve the quality of services and provide value for money.
  • Accountable for the development and application of a unified customer services strategy.
  • Accountable for developing and directing the corporate activities of the Council at a strategic delivery level.
  • Drive significant cultural change through the corporate infrastructure

About you :

You will have the following skillsets or experiences :

  • Extensive experience within a Local Authority delivering outstanding customer service, resident experience and strategy.
  • Relevant qualifications and evidence of CPD.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Extensive experience in a similar role

  • Salary : £600+ per day Inside IR35
  • negotiable based on experience
