i-teachers are currently working with a warm and welcoming primary school located in the Solihull area who are actively looking to add a dedicated, hard-working and naturally engaging 1 : 1 Teaching Assistant able to provide a pupil with complex learning disabilities in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

In this role as a 1 : 1 Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be required to work specifically with a child with Autism in a Year 5 class following a carefully structured Education Health Care Plan both inside and out of the classroom for the remainder of the academic year.

1 : 1 Teaching Assistant – Role Information :

  • 1 : 1 Teaching Assistant
  • Providing 1 : 1 SEN support to child in Year 5 year group
  • Utilising pupils Education Health Care Plan to conduct sessions
  • Working both inside and out of classroom environment
  • Monday to Friday role – 08.30am – 15.30pm
  • November 2024 to July 2025 contracted role
  • Paid £460 per week during term time with FREE online CPD courses
  • Starting immediately – interviewing for role ASAP!

1 : 1 Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 : 1 UK based degree
  • Prior experience working with children desirable
  • Naturally outgoing and dependable individual
  • Passionate about the development of young children
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Interested in a career working with children
  • NO UK visa sponsorship available with this role
