Our Client is looking for a Spanish Teacher to work within a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Kirklees. The successful candidate will teach KS3 & KS4 and play an active role in promoting language learning across the school.
School Information
This 11–18 mixed comprehensive educates around 1,150 students and continues to achieve strong results, with 92% of pupils achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The school promotes cultural awareness and offers a vibrant modern foreign languages curriculum supported by exchange programmes and extracurricular clubs.
Teachers describe the atmosphere as professional yet friendly, with a collaborative approach to planning and teaching. The MFL department is known for its creative approach, integrating technology and interactive methods to make language learning engaging and effective. Leadership supports staff development through regular training and mentoring.
Experience and Qualifications
• Spanish Teacher with the ability to teach KS3 & KS4
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
• Legal right to work within the UK
