The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and experienced SHE & Compliance Manager to lead our safety, health, environmental, and compliance functions. This is a pivotal role ensuring our operations meet all legislative and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environmental (SHE) :
- Develop and maintain SHE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and accident / incident investigations
- Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Liaise with the DGSA and promote SHE awareness across the business
- Deliver Toolbox Talks and internal audits
- Oversee PPE stock and distribution
- Support SHE requirements for new business implementation
