- Support service users in a safe, person-centred environment , promoting independence and dignity
- Assist with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and social activities
- Deliver engaging, creative sessions that encourage life and social skills
- Build strong, professional relationships with individuals, families, and the wider care team
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive environment at our day service hub and in the local community
