Business Analyst – Telephony Migration (Contract) – 3-month contract – Northampton (Hybrid)

My Customer is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and play a crucial role in the migration of our contact centre from Unity to Microsoft Teams .

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key transformation project while working across various initiatives.

The Business Analyst is required to travel to site in Northampton 3 days a week.

Skills & Experience Required :

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in telephony or contact centre migration projects .
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its capabilities for enterprise telephony.
Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in documenting business processes, requirements, and user journeys.
Willingness to travel to different sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business and technical requirements for the telephony migration.

Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring a seamless transition to MS Teams.

Conduct workshops and site visits to gather requirements, map processes, and provide training where necessary.

Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities to optimise the migration process.

Collaborate with IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation.
