PV Solar On-Site Installation Manager

We are currently recruiting for a key client within the energy and heating division, with whom we have worked for over 20 years. We are seeking a candidate with the following skills :

Role Overview

This role involves liaising with customers and installation teams regarding PV solar installations. The client has secured a 2-year contract to install PV solar systems for a local housing authority, primarily within social housing.

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of PV solar, either from a product or installation perspective.
• Experience in conducting surveys for PV solar installations.
• Ability to survey homes and liaise with installation teams.
• Manage customer relationships, including communication with tenants and housing providers.
• Provide accurate pre-installation information, update internal systems, and demonstrate good IT and communication skills.
• Manage workflow from start to finish to ensure payment from the housing provider.
• Ability to move stock between sites, including on-site surveying.
• Handle issues, concerns, or complaints effectively.
• Report to senior management regarding project progress.

Additional Details

The role initially covers Halifax, with future projects in Yorkshire. The candidate must work out of Doncaster and be based within the installation area.

The position is Monday to Friday, 09 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. A van and tools will be provided.
