Finance Manager

Meraki Talent is currently working with a dynamic and rapidly growing business in the Glasgow region on the position of Finance Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business, where no two days are the same! The business has recently been through an extended period of growth and change, with no signs of slowing down, and are now looking for a talented Finance Manager to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have trained in a reputable accounting firm and then made the switch to Industry and operated at a senior level in a Finance function.

The salary for this position is flexible between £55, - £65,.

Experience :

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing business landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• CA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
