Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows :

  • Client facing (Front of house) – Based at the site in Tooting
  • Booking / logging, property issues / defects
  • Carrying out Quality Inspections / Snagging
  • Carrying out Home Demo’s
  • Managing a 2 year post sale handover period
  • Defect resolution

REQUIREMENTS

The desired candidate will ideally have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Care capacity.

They will also ideally have ‘hands on’ experience of the following :

  • Home Demo’s
  • Quality Inspections
  • Snagging
  • Booking / logging defects
  • Managing a 2 year post sale handover period
  • Defect resolution

  • Base salary of between £40,000 – £45,000
