ABOUT THE ROLE
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows :
- Client facing (Front of house) – Based at the site in Tooting
- Booking / logging, property issues / defects
- Carrying out Quality Inspections / Snagging
- Carrying out Home Demo’s
- Managing a 2 year post sale handover period
- Defect resolution
REQUIREMENTS
The desired candidate will ideally have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Care capacity.
They will also ideally have ‘hands on’ experience of the following :

Base salary of between £40,000 – £45,0007% Pension SchemeHealthcare Scheme
