The Office Assistant Intern will support the day-to-day office operations in the UK.
Job responsibilities
Operations
Manages general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly
Manages the organizational and operational tasks related to deliveries of supplies to the office, successfully on time and within budget.
Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements and distribution supplies where necessary
Coordinates with all the relevant departments (HR, Country Manager, Operations) in order to ensure meetings are prepared and candidates / colleagues are welcomed to the office
Order food & drink for the office and ensure kitchen is maintained and stocked
Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient
Arrange meeting spaces or organization of team events
Resolve office related malfunctions and responds to requests or issues
Administrative Support
Support the team with arranging meetings or interviews by sending invitations
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Create and update reports ensuring accuracy and validity of information on office supplies
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating & sorting files, drafting and proofreading and conducting research
Profile
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn in this area of office organization / operation / hospitality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Professional appearance
Proactive, problem solving and accurate
Ability to use IT equipment (Scanner)
