The Role

As the Category Manager - Soft Services, you ll :

Drive supplier performance measures for continuous improvement and best practices.
Develop and maintain performance plans and scorecards for suppliers.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align on initiatives and priorities.
Implement a framework for managing supplier performance, including critical suppliers.
Ensure contractual compliance and manage risks effectively.

To be successful in the role of Category Manager - Soft Services, you ll bring :

3-5 years of supplier relationship and contract management experience.

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience in developing and delivering strategies for sustainable performance.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Knowledge of legislation impacting the Soft FM supply chain.
