- To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a current active NMC Pin
As a Nurse your key responsibilities include :
Provide direct personal care and interventions to Patients / Service Users, without direct supervision, and co-ordinate the care given by colleaguesDeliver high quality, safe nursing care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence which comply with the Nursing and Midwifery (NMC) CodeLeading the delivery of a comprehensive Patient / Service user nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of person centred care in a collaborative way, of both their mental and physical healthcare needsSupervising junior staff and studentsWorking collaboratively with the MDT and maintaining a safe and therapeutic working environment and accurate recordsThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Knowledge of the Mental Health ActPatient centric & commitment to delivering high quality careFine tuned decision making skillsExcellent organisational capabilityEffective communication skillsFlexibility and a strong “can do” attitudeThe successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £31,900 – £34,227 per annum.
