Auction Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly motivated Coordinator (Auctions) to support our fantastic Property Auction Department in Derby . As our Coordinator (Auctions) you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Coordinator (Auctions) to include :

  • Administrative support to sales and management department within the office
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers
  • Taking calls and message taking
  • Typing and data entry
  • Filing

    • Skills and experience required to be our Coordinator (Auctions)

  • Preferably experience as an Administrator / Secretary or similar role
  • Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
  • Resilient , positive , numerate and detail oriented
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
