As they scale rapidly, my client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to lead their in-house design function. This is a pivotal role that will define and enhance their brand identity across multiple channels and mediums, creating impactful content for both internal and external audiences.
The Role
As the Graphic Designer , you will bring diverse design expertise to the team, managing and executing a wide variety of creative projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and senior leaders to produce high-quality content while shaping a strong and engaging brand identity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about using design, motion graphics, and animations to tell compelling stories.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design Ownership : Lead the creation of visual content for digital campaigns, website, social media, events, and presentations, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Video & Motion Graphics : Produce and refine video content, animations, and motion graphics to effectively communicate the company’s story and engage target audiences.
- Brand Strategy : Work with internal teams and external contractors to enhance the company’s visual identity across all platforms, aligning with broader branding and marketing goals.
- Creative Collaboration : Partner with marketing, sales, product teams, and senior executives to develop compelling visuals that resonate with clients and prospects.
- Quality Assurance : Continuously elevate artwork and designs to maintain high standards and ensure content aligns with the company’s market positioning.
- Project Management : Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization of key initiatives.
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you have :
A portfolio showcasing your expertise in design, including brand management on websites and video production.Proven experience working with B2B clients, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.A keen eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to tailor content for specific audiences.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently.
