Job Description

As a Technical Support Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls coming into the business from existing clients dealing with a range of enquiries ensuring a high end level of service is being provided at all times.You will be providing technical support troubleshooting any issues and coming to the resolution for the customer.The role will be also working alongside other teams and escalating queries if needs be.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitalityAn excellent telephone mannerA good problem solverAble to work in a fast paced environment Passionate about delivering the best level of customer service
