Salary : $21-36 / hr Depending on Job / Experience

Seeking top maintenance talent in the York, Columbia, Lancaster, Red Lion, Middletown, Leola PA areas. If you're looking for a change, please apply and you will be contacted promptly.

Openings are available for manufacturing clients on various shifts, including :

  • Day shift (Monday-Friday)
  • 12-hour 24 / 7 shifts (Day or Night)
  • Traditional 2nd and 3rd shift hours
  • Weekend shifts

Maintenance Mechanics Need mechanics with industrial maintenance experience.

  • At least 3 years of maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong hydraulic / pneumatic skills; electrical / electronic skills are a plus
  • Experience with conveyors, motors, and pumps
  • Good work history required
  • One position requires a versatile skill set including fabricating, welding, mechanical maintenance, some electrical and facility maintenance; pay $28-29 / hr on first shift
  • Other jobs pay $25-31 / hour DOE

    • Electricians Need experienced electricians from manufacturing backgrounds.

  • Minimum 3 years of electrician experience preferred
  • Ability to program and troubleshoot PLCs and work on VFDs
  • Multiple shifts available
  • Mechanical skills are also desirable
  • Pay range : $28-34 / hour

    • Lead Production Operators Responsible for maintenance, repairs, and setup of packaging / bottling equipment.

  • Operators with some maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude desirable
  • Experience in a food environment is a plus
  • Pay : $20-22 / hour

    • Feed Mill Mechanics (Red Lion area)

  • Good mechanical skills, some automotive preventive maintenance, conveyor experience, welding experience
  • Pay : $21-25 / hr DOE
