We've an established track record for building quality homes and investing in our local communities.We're excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint an Infrastructure Analyst to join our Business Change directorate.What you'll be doingThe Infrastructure Analyst is a key member of the Service and Infrastructure team and will ultimately be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Golding Homes’ IT infrastructure.You will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of servers, networks, and other infrastructure components as well as provide 2nd and 3rd line support.Working closely with the Service and Infrastructure Manager, IT Service Delivery Analysts, and Security Analyst, you will deliver robust and scalable IT services that support our operational needs.Some of the core responsibilities of the role includes

  • Administration of our cloud and on-premise server & network infrastructure
  • Contributing to daily stand-ups to identify key priorities
  • Evaluating new technology solutions and supporting R&D efforts
  • Manage changes to production systems following our change control processes
  • Providing advanced 3rd line support for core MS solutions & business systems including Office 365 / Teams / InTune, Exchange Online, Active Directory / Azure AD, SQL servers, MRI, Virtual Desktop technologies (AVD) and telephony
  • Documenting & sharing knowledge within our department
  • Supporting Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity efforts and Cloud Backup Systems
  • The creation and maintenance of documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Training and support to IT Service Delivery Analysts and other staff as neededMore about you. What can you bring?
  • A professional certification such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, or similar
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and support
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies, such as Azure IaaS & Hyper-V
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Strong technical expertise in managing servers, networks, storage, and cloud services
  • Knowledge of security principles and practices, with experience in implementing and maintaining security measures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
